Salt Core

The salt core has high melting point and does not react with high-temperature molten aluminum; it has high strength and will not deform under pressure when pouring and closing the mold; it has small thermal expansion coefficient and maintains dimensional accuracy at high temperature; it is non-toxic and tasteless, easy to dissolve in water and has no residue.

Application: It is cast into the piston to form oil cooling channel, which can greatly reduce the temperature of piston head and the first ring groove.
